April is pursuing her Master’s degree in Human-computer Interaction Design at Indiana University. She was a UX designer at Cheetah Mobile, a Chinese technology company in Beijing, where she designed multiple products that were used by 100,000,000+ of users worldwide. She also increased conversion rate by 152% by translating business goals and user requirements into fully functional design solutions. She has a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design. Her undergraduate project, which is a navigation app for the visually-impaired people, has won 1st Place for CHI Student Design Competition and Best of the Best for RedDot Communication Design.
In her spare time, she does workouts, cooks, rides fixed-gear and watches Netflix.
